We are happy for you to make suggestions for products, then keep an eye on our ‘New Products’ Page on the web. We often have our prototype products in the shop to gage public opinion. Please feel free to give us any feedback you may have.

Sizes
Can I choose the size I want?
We have clearly listed all sizes where a size variation is possible, so hopefully you will be able to find what you want from these.
Unfortunately if there is only one size mentioned in the catalogue that is because this is a restricted size and can not be changed.

Materials
What finishes do you have?
Dark / White / Oak / Walnut.
Can I choose any finish for my product?
Yes. Every finish is available on all products; unless otherwise stated in the catalogue.

Ordering
Do you keep stock?
We make our furniture to order. We try to keep small accessories in stock but that’s really all we have space for.

How do I order?
Once you have looked through our catalogue and found the right product, simply pick the size you want (if there is a range available) and pick the finish you want.
Then specify if you want to collect or have delivered, and finally let us know if you want your item assembled or unassembled.

Lead Time
This varies between 1 – 3 weeks, depending on how busy we are.

When can I collect my order?
Your receipt will give you a collection date as a guide, but just to be sure you don’t experience any inconvenience we send a text message to customers as soon as the product is out of the workshop.

Can I park outside shop?
Weekday Parking restrictions: 8.30 – 7pm
Saturday restrictions: None
Sunday restrictions: 8.30 – 2pm.

Will my order be ready before the date specified?
If we are ahead of schedule and can make your order you will receive a text message to notify you. Otherwise we would begin production a few days before collection/delivery.


Bespoke Orders
Do you do bespoke jobs?
We are not able to offer a bespoke service here at Unto This Last. We have worked hard to offer as much choice as possible to ensure you get exactly the product you are looking for, but one off orders are not what we do.
