This appears to be a local Italian deli but inside it opens out into a treasure trove of food and wine. Many people think it is the best Italian food ship in the county. It has an excellent cafe/restaurant selling fresh, home cooked food and is used a venue during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival held every August. It is located 10 minutes walk from the end of Princess Street and offers mail order.

They offer a wide range of Italian and Scottish food including a genuine Zampone (Italian boiling sausage) and Fonteluna cooking sausage. You can also stock up on authentic olive oil, beans, polenta and most of the hard to find ingredients used in our recipes.
