Makers of the Porky White - The Surrey Pork Sausage. These are sold wholesale and via Asda and Sainsburies in South East England. As a supermarket sausage costing around £2 for a 454g pack (1 pound in old money) they are pretty good and worth trying. They are a proper butchers banger made with over 80% meat from shoulder and belly plus honey, lemon, breadcrumbs and natural skins. All this makes a tasty sausage which stands head and shoulder above most of the other supermarket offferings.
