I came across ''Ricky the Butcher'' at a ''Dickensian'' style street market in Wakefield (I hope it was not a one off visit). There were free tasters and hot sausage sandwiches for sale. The quality was obvious and I bought two packs of sausage , veal & ham and venison. Superb!This is how sausages SHOULD taste!!!!
