Fletchers specialise in farmed venison which they sell through a farm shop, the internet and mail order. John Fletcher is possibly the only vet farming venison so is well equipped to give the best care to his animals.
They offer 7 varieties of sausage, including a Venison & Wild Boar and Venison, Garlic & Red Wine. Most of the sausages have added pork fat for succulence and are made with oatmeal rather than a cereal.
Delivery charge is £12 and this is waived for orders over £125.
