I have not had Proctor''s for a few years. I thought previously they could be too dense and almost too meaty. They seem to have changed. The Sausages are smaller and more manageable-still a good size. Have had 4 different ones. The Cambridge are fabulous, lovely texture with a delicate hint of nutmeg. Hoggit were superb a big Sausage but really succulent with lovely fresh herbs. They have a lovely meaty yet soft texture with precise flavours. Top work. Look forward to trying more!

My own favourites amongst the Procters range must be the Suffolk Orchard and Norfolk Herby. As well as the two shops Procters are also now attending Farmers Markets.
