Nice enough people, good food but the most outrageous prices. frankly, unless you were an invalid or immobile with out transport you would be better going to safeway. These lads know they have a captive aged market and really monopolise it.

I have to disagree with the earlier review. The meat is amazing and worth paying the extra for, the staff are excellent and always have suggestions. You can order all sorts of great, well aged meat. The prices are high but you get what you pay for. Not mass produced water filled meat from supermarkets. I know of people from all over who travel to Byfords for their meat and I am 28 with a car not one of these ''old people''...Much better than the high street butcher or supermarket.
