THE most delicious puddings. I consider myself to be a fair judge, having eaten black pudding from all over, but these are the definitive version in my eyes!

I found this product in Sainsburys here in the South, and knowing the name, thought I would give it a try. I was quite disappointed. There was no texture to it, the lumps of fat seemed like an afterthought, and basically there was too much filler in the pudding.

Black pudding shouldn't be too difficult to get right, especially as the ingredients are very cheap, so there should be no reason to cut corners.

Excellent! I have tried both ring and pudding slices and have found them to have just the right balance of herbs and pepper. Well done!
