I have not eaten sausages for many years until I tasted the real meat companys classic sausage. Wonderful tasting pork from high welfare livestock with a perfect blend of flavour and texture.I have since tried the chilli ginger & coriander and the cider sage & apple both of which were exceptional. I am looking forward to trying the other flavours in the range which include Dijon mustard & tarragon and garlic & thyme.
