It is an absolute pleasure to have an organic based sausage supplier within this area. You clearly get the impression that these people are passionate about what they do and took the time to actually describe the varieties of pigs, which make the best sausages and the benefits of how they nurture them. Meaty and full of flavour as they use minimum cereal but enough so they can take grilling.
