I''ve been buying and enjoying sausages from G&R; Tudge for about 5 years now. They come once a month to the farmers market, and I have got to know them and their great products very well.

They do great bacon, sausages, ham, pork chops and larger roasting joints. All of their pork is rare breed and it tastes superb. We had a roast leg of pork for Xmas and it was amazing.

They only do one type of sausage (which is the only reason I gave them a 4 not a 5) - it''s a plain, simple and delicous pork sausage. Again, the fact that it comes from a rare breed animal is the key. The taste is rich and satisfying, with a slight sweetness that I love. Anyone that has a chance to try them is unlikely to be disappointed.
