Didnt this guy start the whole up market sausage fad? Either way he makes great sausages, the boerwors are good on a bbq (I think he is South African) and the Sweet Italian good for cooking. He must be keen on rugby becuase there are 6 Nations specials - cant wait to try them!

I use over 50 different varieties in my bistro, all of which have rave reviews every time someone new comes in and each time they come back. Bill is astounding at thinking up new recipes and the quality is unbelievably good. They have gluten free too! Definately worth a try if you''re a sausage fan. (or come to me and we have them already cooked!)

I used to buy as many varities as posible when this guy was in Greenwich, had many a good meal, found him again on the sausage wars program (worth a watch).

By far and away the best sausages I have ever had. Not an additive in site and a range of flavours to suite every taste. My personal favourites? The Greenwich Smokeys, Toulouse Garlic Pork and the Boerewors vwhich are great on the BBQ. Get to the stall in the market early to guarentee a full choice as they sell quickly.
