Franco Gorno has served the large Italian population of South Wales for over 25 years. He produces a large range of high quality continental meats and sausages. We purchased Toulouse and Traditional Italian which are both made with 100% pork and a Merguez made with pork, mutton, chillies and red wine.
All are excellent either by themselves or in one of our recipes. The sausages are available from a factory shop and independent retailers.

Winberries Deli in Neath market sells these sausages. Before, I was traveling to Cardiff once a month. Winberries lasagne is the best I have tasted. YOU MUST TRY IT!!!
