Having given up on sausages all together years ago because of the amount of gristle found in most shop-bought ones, I was delighted when a friend recommended LJ Smith to me. They are now the only sausages I will eat. My favourites are Old Charlies and Romans and they''re always delicious and packed with meat. I can''t recommend them more highly.
