Pork & Apple sausage. Best banger I''ve tried from your selection, so far!!!

I expect good sausages from champion sausage makers and those from Matthews are really excellent. Succulent,tender and with a flavour to die for. The balance between meat and other ingredients is right on target, but I suspect the secret is in the quality of ingredients used and the care taken in preparation and production.

I have now been fortunate enough to try most of the sausages in there range, there isn''t a bad one amongst them. My personal favourites are the Pork and Chilli or the Specials. I have tried others but am yet to taste better.
