Really good here. Dissapointed that several of my selections were not available. However those that I recieved were really good. They are big thick Sausages, but thankfully are not too dense or heavy. The Pork & Herb are a great all round Sausage. Rich with fresh herbs. A great breakfast banger but would be good in many ways, Toad in the Hole, casseroled, sandwich etc. The Pork with fresh cranberry and orange were delicious. Really precise flavours. Quite sweet but with enough orange zest. Lean and meaty.
I look forward to the rest of my order. So far top marks!!
