I run a bed and breakfast in Warwick with a good reputation for food (e.g. AA breakfast award). I but all sausages from Phil, but do noy eat them as I am veggie, but they are fabulous to cook...glossy but not greasy, wonderful smell. Favourites seem to be the apple and chestnut and pork, or the wild boar. I usually serve them with mash-plain champ or leek- to balance the strong flavours

I''ve recently started to get my sausages and other meat here on a regular basis. So far I''ve had the Pork and Leek, Old English seasoned, and their Thick pork sausages. My favourites are the Pork and Leek sausages, which are nice and fat with just the right amount of Leek to complement the seasoning of the pork meat. The sausages are also very filling. I love the fact that after cooking in the frying pan there is practically no excess fat in the pan, a testament to the quality of the pork they are using. Overall I''ve no hesitation in recommending their sausages and as they take the time to talk over your requirements I''m sure you will get the right sausage for you.
