Friendly. personal and courteous service with character. Good Jazz or classical music depending on the mood, artistic and animal lover. An ethical approach to business with a real commitment to the community and customer concerns. Also brilliant meat, inventive sauces - the morroccan lamb is always a success at dinner parties, excellent real sausages. The thinking persons butcher and staff.
