A good range of eight or so sausage varieties, all well-flavoured, with good texture and just-right spicing/herbs. The Marlborough Sausage is the perfect breakfast banger. The shop is a lovely traditional butchers with fantastically helpful friendly staff, who treat you with the same courtesy and attention whether you are buying a sausage or a whole pig. They also sell Sandridge Farm Wiltshire bacon.

Did not buy any sausages, but beef and lamb were brilliant. Very impressive service, just wish we lived closer. They hope they get their own website soon with mail order.
