We have been using The Real Sausage Company ever since they opened up. We haven''t bought a single sausage from anybody else since! The range and quality of the sausages and allied meat and the service are second to none. I regularly take a stock of sausages up to my friends in Chester, as they became hooked on them on a visit two summers ago. The sausages cook beautifully in a variety of ways (my favourite being the Barbecue), don''t split or flare, and the range of flavours grows ever larger. I have bought my Christmas stock already!
