While touring Irish farmers'' Markets we came upon Fingal Ferguson''s chorizo sausage made from a family recipe. I brought it back to the states and enjoyed it with seveal friends who all remarked on the fine spicing and softer texture with great flavor(not flavour). Highly recommended from someone who eats A LOT of sausage all over the world.
