Excellent, although pricey butcher. Sells organic meat but not totally organic. We had a cash flow problem when we went so only brought a pound of plain pork sausages for around £3. That got us 6 large, meaty sausages. They cooked well with little fat and were still moist, a very nice sausage worth 7/10 and one for a repeat visit.
They sell lots of interesting meat, we saw sides of deer complete with fur plus feathered game in all flavors.

Fellers are one of three butchers in Oxford''s Covered Market. Their meat is more expensive than some, but I''d suggest the quality more than makes up for the difference.
The staff are friendly and understand their business. Its miles away from homogenous supermarket fare.
The range is also much wider, with game birds in season, rabbit and venison.
A real treasure and I recommend them highly. They are usually busy on Saturday, so best to get there early, or go on a weekday.
