I have been using this company for the past year, and their sausages are simply superb! I have to tell all you sausage lovers out there! They have an extensive range of traditional as well as ''speciality sausages'' which I believe are all hand made. They come in beautiful little trays, and are very reasonably priced. My personal favourite is the pork and leek! You really should taste them to believe the quality.
