A Soil Asociation certified farm rearing and making rare breed organic sausages every week from Middle White and Tamworth pigs. They produce a gluten free and 93% pork sausage at £9 per kilo. Also sell organic lamb, mutton, turkey, eggs, vegetables and "old girls" - tough but flavourful 3 year old hens sold for casseroling and slow cooking. All available at farmers markets at Twickenham, Milford and Cranleigh.
