This is the butchers that the Eden Project chose to supply sausages for their catering. Enough said! Personally, I loved these sausages: hearty size, great texture, seasoning and spices just right, and a very moreish flavour. Ideal served as Eden did - with creamy mash and a sticky, rich onion gravy.

As a chef I use a lot of the traditional and old fashion pork and find them to be better than anything I can buy anywhere near me. The best.
