They have 1/3 of the world's pure breed Angus cattle, French chickens (Red Label quality), lamb, mutton and buffalo. Pork comes from outdoor reared Middle Whites and Saddlebacks, both are slow growing, flavoursome rare breeds. Lastly, they also have wild boar.

Very meaty, flavoursome sausages, made with no preservatives or gluten - almost pure meat. Cost for this quality is reasonable at around £8 - 12 per kilo.

They sell via the (quirky and excellent website) and at farmers markets in Hampshire. They also run a box scheme.
