Excellent variety of quality sausages from this traditional butcher in the Oxford covered market. Being in Oxford they sell an Oxford sausage made with pork, vela and lemon. They also supply the Big Bang sausage restaurant.

The best butchers I have found. The meat is pure qulity and the staff are fantastic, the warm welcome David John gives and the the way he makes every person who walks through his door feel special are second to none. A truly great butcher.
