The Wimpole estate produces these sausages from the pigs in the Home farm. You are able to wander around the farm and see all the animals, including the Tamworths and Old Spots, which are used to produce the sausages. If you want to try the sausages before you buy, they are served in the restaurant on site. The buying process is a little confusing, and not well advertised. Ask in the gift shop, and one of the staff will go into the back store and bring out a selection. Only sold frozen. Excellent, all the better for being sure of the origin of the meat.
