Agreed the Sausages are a little fatty but they have excellent flavour. The Pork and Bateman''s XXB are to die for, wonderful rich meaty flavour, coarse but also melt in the mouth. The Stilton and Port are also excellent. Real defined flavours. Loved the chicken and plain Lincolnshire too. Yes a little fatty but i think this helps keep them deliciously moist and very meaty. Great steaks too!!

A couple of weeks ago,I purchased quite a lot of meat from this supplier which included two types of sausage.
1: Lincolnshire sausage.Very fatty with little flavour.
2:Lincoln red beef sausage. Even fattier with little flavour but the pigeons and starlings thought they were ok! 1/2 a cup of fat came out the beef offerings.
NOT RECOMMENDED.
Until The Last Sausage - each to his own, we have tried several flavours and liked them all!

Have used German Bratwurst from here in the past and our customers and ourselves have always been very pleased with the flavour and quality. We will use again in the future.

Collecting 14lb on Monday (freshly made and ordered for freezing). I have always found these to be the best outside Germany. You do need to wear a bib!
